Born and raised in Malden, Massachusetts, Kimberly Minor has dedicatedmore than two decades to the early childhood education field. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and began her career as a lead teacher in an infant room, a role she held for ten years. Over time she has continued to grow her expertise and leadership in the field, and now serves as Executive Director of Andorinha’s Early Learning Center.

Throughout her career, Kimberly has developed a deep passion for working with children and supporting their growth, development, and well‑being. Her commitment extends beyond day‑to‑day teaching: she has invested heavily in professional development, with extensive training in neurodivergence and inclusive practices. Through these years, she has become well versed in the unique needs and strengths of neurodivergent children, and she brings that knowledge into every program decision.

As a mother of two—her daughter (16) and son (14), who is autistic—Kimberly brings both professional and personal insight into the work she leads. Her firsthand experience with neurodiversity in her own home fuels her dedication to ensuring all children feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Outside her professional role, Kimberly is an avid reader and traveler. She believes that continuing to learn, explore, and connect with diverse perspectives enriches both her life and her work.

Under her leadership, Andorinha’s Early Learning Center aspires to be more than a childcare facility: it is a community dedicated to fostering curiosity, inclusion, and growth for every child.
